Exetel's offices are located on the 25th floor of the East tower and on the 35th floor of the West tower of the World Trade Centre in the heart of Colombo 1. Frequent train and bus services run to within a few minutes walking distance of Exetel's offices from practically any residential district of Colombo.

All of the desktop computers and telephone services are linked within the different Colombo employees and locally and to Australia via dedicated and redundant high speed data and telephone links using only the latest computer, router and PABX technologies.
Training And Supervision
Initial training in all aspects of Exetel's operations is given by highly qualified personnel, either local or flown in from Australia, to teach specific aspects of new services and procedures. Day to day guidance is then given by more experienced personnel who will assist you with any issues that occur during the working day.
