Customer Accounts Representative
The Position
Exetel is looking to employ a full time Customer Account Representative in Colombo responsible for all aspects of administrative and billing inquiries from Exetel's over 100,000 customers via email, online helpdesk or telephone.
Job Specifications
Main Duties
- Investigating and responding in timely manner to customer queries on perceived or real errors in charges made to them
- Ensuring customers who fail to pay bills on time are followed up until payment is made in full
- Further developing the systems used to automate all aspects of these functions
- Working with other areas within Exetel on various activities
Reporting Structure
- You will report to Exetel's Chief Financial Officer during the training session
- You will be assigned a supervisor in Australia to closely monitor your progress and assist you in one-to-one basis
Essential Requirement of These Positions
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Employment background in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Tertiary qualification in accounting and/or finance
- Desire to progress your career based on your innovation
- Patience and Courtesy
- Ability to work full on for extended periods of time
